But his journey started far from the spotlight.
Born in Greece and raised in a working-class family, Simeon grew up peeling potatoes in his family’s restaurant — learning the values of hard work, ownership, and grit. When his family immigrated to Canada in his teens, those lessons only deepened. After a fast rise in the financial world with CIBC, Wells Fargo, and American Express, Simeon realized that true success wasn’t about climbing someone else’s ladder — it was about building his own empire.
That’s when real estate came into focus — and everything changed.
From Ground Level to Industry Leader
Simeon started as an agent with a vision: to bring transparency, professionalism, and investor-first thinking to an often transactional industry. He soon became a top producer, formed strategic partnerships, and helped launch REC Canada — now one of the country’s most productive teams.
In 2020, he expanded his reach by launching Broker’s Playbook and Investor’s Playbook, building two industry-leading platforms that combine education, tech, and execution for both real estate pros and everyday investors.
Today, he’s also a partner in the Kibo Sushi Group (with 40+ hospitality locations nationwide), co-founder of Vanguard Spirits, and an in-demand keynote speaker and media personality.
